I have been following this protocol (attached) for my chronic CO poisoning. I would like to hear from people who have also done this.  So far I feel much better. No more of those horrible headaches; I have more energy, I am not depressed; I still have some morning stiffness but it seems to be getting better. I also still feel some muscle weakness. At times, however, I feel I do not tolerate the oxygen.Maria See More
